Andromede Due srl was founded in 2007 in Romania in Timisoara to support European companies in managing large quantities of staff employed temporarily, i.e. for seasonal campaigns, start-up and production peaks.
Since 2010 Andromede has initiated and developed a call center specialized in high-tech logistics support + post-sales support and back office activities. The call center is equipped with 50 workstations connected to fiber optic broadband internet connections + high quality VoIP telephony and the highly skilled personnel (received training) is able to manage services in the main European languages.
From 2013 Andromede, thanks to highly skilled staff present in the call center, has launched services for data-entry, by investing in technological equipment with 35 new multi-screen workstations, in order to maximize the speed of reading and data entry.
